Computer God

As the sun sinks behind the office,
A calm shadow overtakes me.

I sit in darkness staring blankly at a sole source of light,
My computer.

I dream not of where I could be, or where I should be,
But only of where you are.

You are my guiding light shining brightly,
With words no mortal could understand.

You are my Goddess and my God,
You are the giver of life and all that surrounds me.
