you were my mentor,
I looked up to you,
why?
what did you do
to deserve my faith
my blind following
only to see the real you.
you are shallow and insecure
insensitive and prejudice
you don't realize
what you said truly hurts me.
how can you not know
how can you not care
you were supposed to be there
to help me when I fell
instead you pushed me down
like a bully you pushed me
then stepped on me as I fell
leaving me there battered and broken
in the ditch as I cried
yet you claim to be caring
how can you
when you are so narrow minded
you allowed someone else to tell you how to think
you would not even allow the courtesy
to ask me what it meant
you simply closed the door.
No, there was no misunderstanding

the army in the past
crucifying innocent
people over their beliefs

My religion knows of no hell
But I know yours does
